  • 10am-10pm Crisis Chat
  • Crisis Advocacy: In-person crisis response to MSU's Sexual Assault Healthcare Program & Residence Halls

Occasional Opportunities Include:

  • Campus Outreach & Education
  • Safe Place Shelter Support & Childcare

 

Spring semester training application is now open!

40-Hour Survivor Advocacy & Crisis Intervention (SACI) Training includes self-study modules as well as in-person meetings as indicated below:

  • Sunday, February 2nd 10am-5pm EST
  • Sunday, February 9th 10am-5pm EST
  • Sunday, February 23rd 10am-5pm EST

All in-person sessions are MANDATORY in order to complete training. Virtual attendance options will not be offered as alternatives for in-person training sessions.

In-person Crisis Advocacy Training (mandatory for any volunteers who opt to provide in-person response as a Crisis Advocate).

  • Sunday, March 16th 12-5pm EST

Training Informational Meeting

Informational meeting about volunteer opportunities will be held on Tuesday, January 21st at noon (12pm EST) via zoom. This meeting is NOT mandatory in order to apply or volunteer.

We are no longer accepting applications for the MSU Center for Survivors Spring 2025 Training.

If you interested in getting involved with the program in the future, we will hold training again in the summer and fall semesters.
