The Center for Survivors is proud to offer a variety of groups and workshops as a way to hold space for survivors, gather in community, and explore healing. Please see below for more information about our current groups and workshops.

Healing through Yoga (In Person)
3-4pm | 9/16, 10/14, 11/11 | Open to all adult survivors & co-survivors

Tea & Talk: A Group for Immigrants (1st and 2nd gen) & International Students

Ear Acupuncture
1-2pm | 10/11, 11/8, 12/13 | Open to MSU student and faculty/staff survivors

  • Ear acupuncture involves placing needles into five specific points around the ear, which correspond with specific organs, emotions, and sensory feelings. Ear acupuncture has been found to reduce cravings for alcohol and drugs, minimize withdrawal symptoms, increase calmness, better sleep, and less agitation, and provide stress relief. Register here.
